Dimraeth Roadmap: What Comes After EA Launch
The Dimraeth roadmap: the studio's Early Access plan, the 18-24 month window, the 1.0 scope of 8 races and 6 classes, and why no date is set.
Dimraeth does have a public roadmap, and it comes with an explicit caveat: the studio says "We aren't setting a fixed date as our priority is quality and reaching every milestone on our roadmap before we leave Early Access." The roadmap graphic itself sits on the Steam store page, while the written statements about what is coming come from the Early Access Q&A published on that same store page. As of 21 September 2026 (EA build 0.107.7725), the only post-launch changes we could confirm are two small builds — everything else on this page is stated intent, not a schedule.
Where the official roadmap actually lives
| Source | What it holds | Limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Steam store page, Roadmap section | the roadmap graphic the studio published | it is an image, so its wording cannot be quoted or searched — read it on the store page |
| Steam store page, Early Access Q&A | written statements on EA length, 1.0 content and the current build | prose, no dates |
| Studio Discord | day-to-day patch notes, bug reports and dev replies (single source) | not a dated plan |
| Steam announcements | the studio's launch and patch posts | published after the fact, not a forecast |
| dimraeth.com FAQ | platforms, inputs, co-op rules | written before launch, and out of date on some answers |
Because the roadmap is delivered as a picture rather than as a dated list, this page reports the studio's written statements and marks anything single-source. That is also the reason no table of future patch dates appears below: the studio has not published one.
How long Early Access is planned to run
"We aren't setting a fixed date as our priority is quality and reaching every milestone on our roadmap before we leave Early Access. Roughly we expect a 18 to 24 month window, but the pace at which we land major content updates (new zones, races, end-game systems) and act on player feedback will guide the timeline more than any calendar. We'll keep the community updated as milestones approach."
That answer is a single source, taken from the store page's Early Access Q&A (single source). It also points at where milestones will be announced — to the community, as they approach, rather than in advance. Anyone quoting a firm exit date for Early Access is quoting something that is not in this text.
What the full version is planned to add
"We plan to keep growing the world, the character options, and the depth of every system. That includes new biomes and zones beyond the current Earlwood and Wildwood regions, additional playable races and classes, an expanded late-game skill and equipment ceiling, more boss encounters, deeper crafting and building options, and a longer overall story arc. Throughout Early Access we'll also be tuning combat, co-op pacing, and progression based on what we're learning from the community."
Set that against the build that exists today, and the gap between promise and present is easy to see:
| Area | Stated full-version direction (single source) | In the build now |
|---|---|---|
| World | zones and biomes beyond Earlwood and Wildwood | starter route from the Lost Caverns through Earlwood and into Wildwood Forest |
| Characters | more playable races and classes | three races and three classes |
| Progression | a higher late-game skill and equipment ceiling | level cap 25 |
| Encounters | more boss encounters | multiple boss encounters in the shipped build |
| Crafting and building | deeper options | the full crafting and base-building loop |
| Story | a longer overall story arc | Act 1 across three chapters |
None of those lines carries a date, and none of them should be read as a release commitment. They describe where the studio intends to take the game during Early Access, which is a different kind of statement: the EA window is where the world "grows around" the current build.
The 8 races and 6 classes figure
The store page's selling points promise "any of eight races with any of six classes" for 48 distinct archetypes, each with its own skill tree. Today's playable roster is three of each — Human, Minotaur and Elf, with Brawler, Magician and Shadow. The 8 × 6 line describes the 1.0 target rather than a current selection, which is the single most common source of confusion about Dimraeth's scope; the classes and races pages lay out what exists now against that target.

What has actually shipped since launch
| Date | Build | What we could confirm |
|---|---|---|
| 16 September 2026 | 0.107.7694 | First post-launch hotfix |
| 21 September 2026 | 0.107.7725 | Live build at the time of writing |
That is the entire confirmed list, and the patch contents themselves were not captured in enough detail to summarise here — we can vouch for the build numbers and dates, not for a feature list. No zone, race, class or end-game system has been confirmed as added in this window, so any claim that one has been is unsupported by the studio's own posts.
A community claim about the shape of the plan
A player-compiled FAQ thread on the Steam discussions (last edited 11 September 2026) says the roadmap "will feature the update schedule of 2 new race/class updates and then the Act II planned story update". We are including it because players do repeat it, but it is a community summary rather than studio wording, so it stays marked (single source) and should not be treated as a plan. The same thread also carries price and playtime figures that conflict with the official listing, which is a good reason to treat the whole thread as hearsay rather than a schedule. The studio's own statement — quoted above — mentions neither an update count nor a chapter name.
What the roadmap does not contain
There is no 1.0 date, no patch calendar, no platform expansion and no confirmed post-1.0 plan in the studio's written material. Consoles are not mentioned in the content plan at all, so a console version remains unannounced and unscheduled, as covered on the PS5 status page. If you want to watch for changes rather than wait for a summary, the store page's roadmap graphic and the Steam announcements feed are the two places the studio updates first, and the EA status page covers what the build does today.
FAQ
- Does Dimraeth have a roadmap?
- Yes. The studio published a roadmap graphic on the Steam store page and gives written detail in the store page's Early Access Q&A. Because the graphic is an image, this page quotes the written statements instead of transcribing a picture — check the store page directly for the graphic itself.
- When will Dimraeth leave Early Access?
- No date is set. The studio says it is "not setting a fixed date" and expects roughly a 18 to 24 month window, with the pace of major content updates and player feedback guiding the timeline "more than any calendar" (single source).
- What is planned for 1.0?
- New biomes and zones beyond Earlwood and Wildwood, additional races and classes, an expanded late-game skill and equipment ceiling, more boss encounters, deeper crafting and building, and a longer story arc — the studio's own list of full-version differences (single source). The store page's 8 races and 6 classes target points to 48 archetypes, against 3 and 3 playable today.
- What has actually changed since Early Access launched?
- Two builds we could confirm: 0.107.7694 on 16 September 2026 and 0.107.7725 on 21 September 2026, the live build at the time of writing. No content update has been confirmed beyond those, and this page does not invent one. The release timeline lists the dates.
- Where should I follow roadmap news?
- The Steam store page carries the roadmap graphic and the Q&A that describes the plan; Steam announcements carry the studio's posts; and the studio says day-to-day patch notes, bug reports and dev conversation happen on its Discord (single source).
